About Drew

Drew Decker, M.S., CFRE, co-founded Mid-City Community Music (MCCM) with two other musicians in 2014 to provide community music experiences for San Diego's urban neighborhoods. Under his leadership, MCCM grew significantly, offering various impactful programs for underserved youth.

Drew discovered a special talent for grant writing, achieving a success rate of over 90% with government grants. Today, Drew assists small and medium-sized organizations with grant writing and provides executive coaching for leaders and founders.
